I’m looking forward to a bike ride later in the day. The weather is cooling off so it’s perfect out there!
I went for a nice run yesterday with my dogs. Ended up at about 3.5 miles, which felt great!
I love running. It’s the most efficient sport out there!
Now that my marathon training has started, I’m feeling more determined than ever to eat healthy.
Commuting by bike adds up those minutes fast — now that the ice is gone, I can do it more often again.
